Our approach hires a two-site Hubbard design that takes into account both intra- and inter-site Coulomb interactions. Using this model, we determine the electron thermoelectric coefficients and tunneling currents of serially paired TSs (SCTSs). When you look at the linear response regime, we determine the electric conductance (Ge), Seebeck coefficient (S), and electron thermal conductance (κe) of finite AGNRs. Our results expose that at reduced temperatures, the Seebeck coefficient is much more sensitive to many-body spectra than electrical conductance. Furthermore, we discover that the enhanced S at large conditions is less sensitive to electron Coulomb communications than Ge and κe. Within the nonlinear response regime, we observe a tunneling existing with unfavorable differential conductance through the SCTSs of finite AGNRs. This present is generated by electron inter-site Coulomb interactions rather than intra-site Coulomb communications.
